Itinerary

Day 1

When you arrive at the airport, you will already be expected. Your driver will take you to your first ryokan. Here you can forget the stresses and strains of the journey and enjoy a relaxing bath in the onsen, followed by a kaiseki dinner.

Gourmet day trip with freshly caught seafood, ferry crossing, Shinto shrine with 1000 red torii gates

See Yabusame archers in action, visit the rocky coast of Iwate

Transfer to another luxury ryokan in southern Akita, tour to Lake Tazawa, Street of samurai estates in Kakunodate

Explore the Oga Peninsula and meet the Namahage.
Meet the maiko, geisha in training, and enjoy the traditional form of entertainment

Experience Tohoku from a bird’s eye view while paragliding or from the back of a horse, learn Maki-e, a method of lacquer art and decorate your own lacquerware

This trip is payable in two installments:

Deposit
After the booking has been made, you will receive the first partial invoice for the deposit of 40% of the total travel costs in addition to the order confirmation.

Final payment (balance)
The final payment of 60% of the total travel costs is due no later than 30 days before the planned start of the trip.
